Alzheimer ’s Disease | You Need

to Know Everything

Well, the way all the organs of the human body, work is very complex, but the functions of the brain are complex as well as mysterious.

Science has advanced a lot in modern times, it is possible to predict when and where will the planet pass.

Not only do we know a lot about our galaxy, but we also know which celestial bodies are how many light-years away, but despite knowing so much about our universe. We know very little about our bodies.

Despite all this knowledge, we are still completely unaware of the proper functioning of most of the vital organs, such as the brain, and how they communicate with each other, so we are often unable to fully understand and treat mental illness.

One of the most complex and mysterious mental illnesses is Alzheimer's disease, commonly called amnesia, a degenerative disease.

Alzheimer's disease is an  irreparable  and ongoing brain disease that slowly  destroys  memory  and   thinking   skills  and  eventually  the ability  to  perform  simple  tasks. Most people with late-type disease won't   start  to   show  symptoms until they're 60. The initial onset of Alzheimer's disease occurs in a person between the ages of 30 and 60 and  is  very   rare.  Alzheimer's  disease  is  the  important  cause   of dementia in the elderly.

In 1906, the disease is named after Dr. Alois Alzheimer. Dr. Alzheimer observed a change in the brain tissue of a woman who died of a rare mental illness. Symptoms include memory loss, speech problems, and unpredictable behavior. After her death, he studied her brain and found many unusual clumps (now called amyloid plaques) and tangled fiber bundles (called neurofibrils or tau nodes).

These plaques and nodes in the brain are still believed to be some of the key features of Alzheimer's disease. Another feature is that the connections between nerve cells in the brain are broken. Neurons carry messages from different parts of the brain and brain to muscles and organs in the body. Many other complex brain changes are believed to play a role in Alzheimer's disease.

This damage mainly occurs in the hippocampus, the part of the brain necessary for memory formation. When neurons die, other parts of the brain are also affected. In the later stages of Alzheimer's disease, the damage spread and there was a significant reduction in brain tissue.

There is no cure for Alzheimer's, but it is important for us to understand the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease, so that any such patient can be easily cared for. In our country, it is not customary to understand psychological problems and consider their causes. Psychiatric patients are usually called lonely and no one tries to understand their psychology.

Alzheimer's is thought to be a type of dementia. Causes of dementia can include stroke, brain damage as a result of an accident, or tumors that form in the brain. It is common for the disease to be caused by a disruption in the interaction of brain cells. In the brain, a neuron receives instructions from another cell to transmit messages and transmits them to the next cell.

There is very little distance between these cells. If there is an obstacle in this short distance, the messages cannot reach from one cell to another and this is what happens in Alzheimer's. A common misconception about this disease is that certain proteins are found. These nerve cells begin to clot and interfere with the transmission of messages, making it impossible for one cell to communicate with another.

A picture is very popular for understanding Alzheimer's clearly, in which different parts of the brain are presented in the form of puzzles. As the severity of the disease increases, so do the pieces of this puzzle. One by one, they begin to disappear. With the loss of these fragments, the brain does not remain in its original state. In fact, the same thing happens with Alzheimer's patients.

The parts of the brain that are damaged by this disease are normal. Are responsible for thinking, understanding, remembering days, dates, months and years, recognizing different paths, communicating, making decisions and doing small everyday tasks and when these pieces are in the right place If not, the riddle will not be completed and all the above works will be affected.

Interestingly, at the onset of the disease, the patient himself realizes that he is forgetting something, while as the disease progresses, the feeling becomes so intense that he also remembers the path through which he passes every day.

The disease progresses gradually and the patient gradually begins to forget the names of familiar faces, people, and places. Another negative aspect of this disease is that the tasks performed throughout the day are not remembered and the patient does the same thing over and over again, for example, if the patient is washing his hands, he will wash his hands for a long time.

What is said in the morning feels like what was said years ago. By the time Alzheimer's symptoms appear, the brain has suffered irreparable damage. The disease usually occurs after the age of sixty.

There is currently no cure for the disease and we cannot say with certainty why it occurs, but the general idea of precautionary measures is to abstain completely from smoking, to keep yourself physically active, especially After the age of 60, the disease can be prevented by light exercise, maintaining social contact, eating a healthy diet and avoiding anxiety as much as possible.

According to research, the connection of brain cells can also be improved by playing mental games, such as solving puzzles and playing chess.

It is one hundred percent true that socializing and having a good relationship with your friends not only promotes good physical health, but also has a positive effect on a person's psyche.

Struggling over time can have a detrimental effect on your health, so maintain a positive relationship for physical and mental health, stay away from all kinds of drugs and take good care of each other.
